You may browse dutchcode.com for information about our studio and products. You must not attempt to disrupt the site, scrape it in ways that impair service, or use it for unlawful purposes. Content on this site is provided for general information; we may change or remove it at any time.

What the studio offers

Dutchcode is a boutique SaaS studio: we design, build, and ship software products and may provide custom development or advisory services under a written statement of work or contract. Nothing on this website constitutes a binding offer until agreed in writing.

Product terms

Each product (marketdata.ai, rfp.ai, blinkof.ai, tradepost.ai, bol.ai, saleshose.com, olykoek.com, yieldmeister.com, replyflow.com, and others) has its own terms of use, privacy policy, and pricing on its respective website. Using a product is subject to those product terms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise agreed in a client contract, Dutchcode B.V. retains ownership of the dutchcode.com site, our brand, and products we develop. Client engagements typically address ownership of deliverables, licences, and background IP in a separate agreement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Dutchcode B.V. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Our total liability for claims relating to the site is limited to €100, except where liability cannot be limited under mandatory law.

Governing law
